"Lewis turned up dead on time despite journey across from Selby to Wetherby. He quickly assessed the problem. Although he didn't have the necessary part (a rubber seal of a specific size) with him he took photo and will order online to be delivered to our home. Lewis even showed me exactly what to do to fit the part when it does arrive. Lewis was amiable - came across as a trustworthy & competent plumber.
